Refund Policy
In the event of a delegate being unable to attend a pre-booked course or wishing to transfer to another workshop, 5 working days notice must be given in writing. If you fail to give sufficient notice, courses will have to be charged in full. Substitution of an alternative delegate is allowed at anytime. Refunds can be given, if the above conditions are met.
